Bright yellow to golden green when fully ripe. The flavor is sweet with mild tartness; less acidic than other apple varieties. The flavor can develop honey‐like notes when fully ripe. Excellent for snacking due to its sweetness. When baking they hold their shape fairly well; good for pies, crisps, and tarts. Suitable for sauces and apple butter. They don't brown as quickly as some other apples, making it a great choice for fruit salads.

* Eliminate plastic pot waste with root pouches! Simply slice the pouch and plant it directly into the ground. The root pouch is biodegradable and will naturally break down over time.

*For successful cross-pollination, you must purchase two different cultivars, two seedlings, or one cultivar and one seedling. Important: Two identical named clonal cultivars will not cross-pollinate.
